I hold a BSc. (Hons) degree in Computer Networking and IT Security from Islington College Kathmandu, Nepal, affiliated with London Metropolitan University. With my extensive knowledge in computer hardware, firewall systems, monitoring tools, virtualization technologies, and Apple devices, I have gained hands-on experience in configuring and managing these devices. Since starting my career as an ICT professional in 2014, I have continuously upgraded my skills and expertise in various technologies. Currently, I am working as an ICT Technician at TBS Kathmandu, where I have been exposed to a wide range of technologies. Previously, as an IT Intern at Islington College, my responsibilities included managing and monitoring computer systems and networks, supervising computer lab facilities, and providing technical support to staff and students. At TBS, I configure and monitor Cisco switches, firewalls, and IP phones, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain and troubleshoot networks using monitoring and analysis tools, and conduct software updates and installations. Additionally, I am responsible for training staff and students, as well as performing backups for network switches, iPads, Macs, and servers. Overall, I ensure the resolution of all ICT-related problems encountered within the school.

In addition to my passion for technology, I have a deep love for travel and exploration, which is greatly inspired by the natural beauty and majestic mountains of Nepal. Being a person from Nepal, I am fortunate to have access to a diverse range of landscapes and breathtaking vistas. I have embarked on numerous treks and journeys across the country, immersing myself in the enchanting wonders of places like Annapurna Base Camp, Gosaikunda, Shey Phoksundo, and various regions in the Terai. Nepal's conservation and wildlife protected areas, including Bardiya National Park, Shuklaphanta National Park, and Chitwan National Park, have also captured my attention and admiration. The thrill of exploring these remarkable destinations, witnessing the vibrant wildlife, and connecting with the natural world fills me with a sense of awe and appreciation.
